Your registered name is fixed after account setup for anti-fraud reasons. Payment methods can be updated in Account → Payments → Manage Methods. New payment details require re-verification (identity check) before your first withdrawal to that method. Changes take effect within 24 hours.

Contact support immediately with your withdrawal reference number. If the payout was via DANA, OVO or QRIS, we trace it within 2 hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. We investigate, verify the recipient account and refund your account if the transfer failed on our end.

We share data only with licensed payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS partners) to complete deposits and withdrawals, and with law enforcement where required by local law. We do not sell or rent your email, phone or gaming history. All sharing is encrypted and limited to what's needed for each transaction.

We retain your account history (login dates, deposit records, withdrawal receipts) for 7 years for anti-money-laundering compliance. Personal identifiers like your phone number are archived after 2 years but your transaction record stays for the full 7 years. You can request deletion within our legal holding period.

Your account statement shows every deposit, withdrawal, game round and payout. If you spot a mismatch, open a dispute in Account → Statements → Report Issue or email support with screenshots. We investigate within 48 hours and correct any system errors; if we find nothing, we explain the balance in detail.
